Why don’t I see Private Mode?

Private Mode needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on, and a connection. On other iPhones it’s hidden, and Best Quality or Quick draft are offered instead.

Some words show as [?]

Words the app can’t read are marked in yellow instead of being guessed. Tap one to fix it.

What’s free, and what does it cost?

Capturing and editing are always free, and your first 3 exported slides are free. After that, unlimited slides are $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.

How do I cancel or restore a subscription?

Cancel in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. To restore on a new iPhone, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Best Quality says it’s resting

Best Quality has fair-use limits and a daily budget. Try again later, or use Private Mode or Quick draft.

How do I delete my data?

Delete one slide in Your slides, or everything in Settings › Delete all data. Deleting the app removes it too.
